Park meeting 2026

The World Heritage Park's annual general meeting - the Park Meeting - will take place this year in Jordalen, Voss district!

Meeting time: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Meeting time: From 12.15 (voluntary)

Location: Jordalen tree house

 

We would like all our partners, collaborators and others with a special interest in the World Heritage Park to register for the Park Meeting for information, inspiration, networking and – not least – professional refreshments and good, local hospitality!

12.15-13.00 Meeting, snacks & chat

13.00-14.30 Opening by the chairman

                     Annual report by the CEO

                     Operations and priorities in 2026 by the CEO

                     Presentation of selected projects by park administrator.

14.30-15.15 Serving of local stew/soup

15.15-16.00 UNESCO route Vestland - presentation of the initiative

                          by Hildegunn Opdal, project manager Nordhordland UNESCO Biosphere Reserve

Voss district's part of the World Heritage landscape – in words and pictures

by Gunnar Bergo, former researcher and environmental protection manager

16.00-16.15 Fruit and cake break

16.15-16.45 Vossakvann investment in agriculture in the World Heritage municipalities

by Sogn Agricultural and Horticultural School and the organization KVANN

16.45-17.15 Presentation of new partnership arrangement in Nærøyfjorden World Heritage Park

                           by CEO and Gnist Tourism Development

17.15-18.00 Partner hour – open "microphone" - and more fruit and cake

Parking Decent parking conditions, but carpooling is welcome

Price The meeting is free.
