Website for the Fjordportalen World Heritage Centre

The work to establish the Fjordportalen World Heritage Center is entering an active phase.

After years of broadly based knowledge-based processes, the parties have come together to rebuild Aurland cold storage and fruit storage into a modern world heritage center. In 2023, funding will be applied for, in 2024 the reconstruction will be detailed and construction is scheduled to start in 2025.
