Park price 2022
For the first time in history, we will be handing out a park prize! The park prize will go to someone who has distinguished himself positively with his work with and in a park. Volunteers, organisations, companies and individuals can all be candidates.
We wish to honor those who stand in the regional parks, give that little extra, and offer themselves.
What would the regional parks be without those who are passionate about them?
The winners get more than honor and glory
The Park Prize will be awarded during our Living Landscape conference May 10-12, 2022 in Nærøyfjorden World Heritage Park.
The prize consists of NOK 5,000, a diploma and an art object from a local artist.
In addition, I at Norske Parker will interview the winners, and publish the interview on our channels.
For 2022, 2 park prizes will be awarded.
The deadline for nominations is 20 April
Anyone can nominate candidates for the Park prize.
Criteria for nomination
All criteria must be met to be a candidate for the award.
The prize is awarded to an organisation, company, individual or association that creates positive development.
They are active in a nature and cultural park/regional park.
It is an advantage, but there is no requirement that the nominee be a park partner.
The engagement/work must take place in the park's geographical area.
