Undredal Stølsysteri will represent Norway at the EMBLA Food Awards 2021.

In a press release, the Farmers' Association writes that Underdal Stølsysteri in Aurland is one of the few in the Nordics that has an unbroken tradition of dairy farming and goat's milk cheese making, and with that, they fall under the category of Nordic food craft.

Among 110 nominees, they have been selected as one of seven entries that will go on to the EMBLA Food Awards 2021 in Oslo on 11 March.
