Goats at Tufto (Magnhild Aspevik)

How can we successfully operate food production and at the same time welcome visitors to our villages?

  • The gathering starts with a farm visit to Tufto gard at 12:00. Here there is a goat farm with milk production and rental cabins and a campsite. https://tuftogard.no/

  • At approximately 1:00 p.m., lunch will be served and the program will continue at Gudvangen Hotel

  • Olav and Liv-Karin Stalheim, farmer and tourist host

  • Solveig Kvakestad, Steinbergdalen tourist cabin and SLOWLY - using locally produced food and local ingredients from our nature 

  • Stefan Karlstrøm, construction manager in Aurland and Lærdal - "Hard facts" - what does the legislation say about tourism activities on agricultural properties 

  • Kjell Bøe Bjørgum - experiences and thoughts from the mayor of the tourism municipality Aurland 

  • Agricultural Manager Magnhild Aspevik
