Erna Underdal Skarsbø
Erna Underdal Skarsbø is a fourth generation farmer and cheese producer at the family farm Underdal. Garden has produced the traditional Underdal cheese continuously through these four generations.
Brimosten from Sogn has also been awarded the Slow Food presidency.
