The Aurland March

The traditional march through the unique Aurlandsdalen valley from Østerbø (820 m) to Vassbygdi (83 m).

Registration: At Østerbø between 8:30-10:30 am

Startkontingent: Vaksne kr 100,-   Born gratis

Hiking trail:

Østerbø-Sinjarheim-Vassbygdi is about 19 km, and the trip takes 6-7 hours. The trail is good, and moderately easy to walk.

På Sinjarheim er det naturleg å ta ein matpause, her har òg Venner av Aurlandsdalen eit eige program med sal av mat og drikke på Sinjarheim, kanskje vert det underhaldning eller konsert. 

Transport: Extra buses will be set up from Vassbygdi in the morning in addition to the regular bus service.

Endpoint: Vassbygdi

Diplomas will be awarded to all march participants, and prizes will be awarded for completing the march 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 times.
