November letter from Norway's World Heritage

This autumn, there has been a change of day-to-day managers at Norway's World Heritage. John Bryde has retired and I have got a new day-to-day manager in place, Liv Astrid Sverdrup.

She has had an overlapping period with John, so that important knowledge could have time to be transferred, and she has also had time to visit three of the world heritage cities.
